IESCO Service Area & Operational Circles

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) supplies electricity to over 3.2 million commercial, domestic, industrial, and agricultural consumer connections across northern Punjab and the Federal Capital Territory. All connections within these regions utilize the same 14-digit reference number format for online bill checking.
Islamabad Circle
Covers Federal Capital sectors (F-6, F-7, G-8, G-9, G-11, I-8, I-10, E-11), Model Villages, Bhara Kahu, Nilore, and ICT rural zones.
Rawalpindi Circle
Covers Rawalpindi City, Cantt, Satellite Town, Westridge, Bahria Town Rawalpindi, DHA Phase 1-6, Murree Road, Taxila, and Wah Cantt.
Attock Circle
Covers Attock City, Hassan Abdal, Fateh Jang, Jand, Pindi Gheb, and surrounding industrial zones.
Chakwal Circle
Covers Chakwal District, Choa Saidan Shah, Talagang, Kallar Kahar, and surrounding rural agricultural grids.
Jhelum Circle
Covers Jhelum City, Cantt, Dina, Sohawa, Pind Dadan Khan, and salt range feeder networks.
Sub-Divisional Offices (SDO) & Customer Care
Each circle is divided into specific operation divisions and sub-divisions managed by Sub-Divisional Officers (SDO). For new meter connections, load sanction upgrades, or physical billing complaints, visit your respective sub-divisional customer services office or call the centralized IESCO Helpline at 118.
