1. Zero Data Collection on Search Inputs

Your privacy is our utmost priority. When you enter a 14-digit reference number or 10-digit customer ID into our search tool, that information is processed exclusively inside your web browser. We do not log, store, track, sell, or transmit your reference numbers or customer IDs to any third party or backend server. The search request is submitted directly from your browser to the official PITC billing server (bill.pitc.com.pk).

2. Local Storage Usage

For user convenience, our tool may optionally save your last successfully validated search identifier in your web browser's local storage (localStorage) on your device. This allows you to quickly re-check your bill without typing the digits again. This data never leaves your device and can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser cache.

3. Server Logs & Web Analytics

Standard web server logs may automatically record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and timestamp for server maintenance, security monitoring, and traffic volume aggregation. No personally identifiable information (PII) is linked to these server logs.
